Been doing Crossfit on and off (mostly off) for about 3 years. Need to get a bit consistency going so I can realise my potential. I will not fail!!!!
How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Mostly Paleo but I do sometimes fall off the wagon

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming

Workout at Reebok Crossfit Tyneside. Sometimes I work out at the work gym.

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
Some Football (Soccer) and Rugby through school
