How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat 30% protein, 30% fat, 40% carbs. I indulge when needed, but never skimp on protein, raw juices, and nut and nut butters, and yes, meat.

I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I am a personal trainer with a Master's in Applied Physiology, Bachelor's in Exercise Science and Nutrition, and am undergoing becoming a CSCS professional. I have worked in the collegiate strength and conditioning scene, clinical research and performance, and everyday health clubs. I train to live and live to lead.

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
No formal training whatsoever, so this is a crap-shoot. Here I come.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Ummm, I have been doing Olympic lifting, power training, muscular endurance, and sports performance my whole life, BUT, no formal CrossFit training.
