My journey with crossfit as been an exciting one! I started on November 14th 2011, significantly overweight and very sedentary. I knew I had to change! Sixty pounds lighter and stronger than I have been for years I attend regular crossfit wods and roll pretty good with guys 20 years younger than me. I love the whole package: the community, the team work, the competitiveness and the soreness.
