How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I'm not strict paleo but I have reduced processed foods and carbs since starting crossfit.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
Train in the gym but I play rugby aswell so that adds to my work load. Usually twice a day and a day off Friday or Sunday.

I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
