I have been doing crossfit for about 4 years now. Went to regionals in 2014 for teams loved every single part of it. I train mainly competition based programs which I love because it is challenging. My goal is to become better at gymnastics movements and hopefully get ring muscle ups soon.

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

Involved in a lot of outside exercise groups local gym, netball etc
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Come from a background of netball playing at state league level. Have always been a sports involved person all my life.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
At the moment I train once a day following Misfit athletics programming but after my trainings in usually out walking my dog, bush walking, kayaking and train gymnastics once a week.
