I am Phil, a 58 year old survivor of prostate cancer, a father & husband, IT guy, a curler and hurler. Why am I competing? Either because I am crazy or this will be crazy fun! Possibly both. I love the camaraderie and support at the 585 Crossfit box and so when they say to give this a go, I will. 3, 2, 1 .... GO!
