How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I mainly eat quality, convenient, "fast food" that supports my up tempo college lifestyle.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
I like to look at numerous coaching outlooks and incorporate multiple ideas to balance my overall fitness.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Multiple high school sport athlete. Gave up college athletics to pursue a degree.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
I began CrossFit after trying to become an at home iron chef. I spent many days watching the Food Network, gained to much weight, and took it upon myself to look good in my birthday suit again.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
Too many aspects of fitness not enough time.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
If it was not for UNR CrossFit I may have never even started what is now a big part of my life.
