How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat small meals throughout the day. Fruit, vegetables, eggs, lean meats, jerky, quinoa. I also enjoy almonds and cashews, avacados, and nut butters as a healthy source of fat. I drink a lot of water and hot teas. I love cooking with new recipes, regularly eatting out, and trying exotic foods. I always allow myself the pleasure of sweets in moderation.
