How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I love food! I try to be more Paleo than not.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have a coach who determines my programming

Also dabble other sports...mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking, flag football, adventure races (a la Tough Mudder), the occasional open water swim, etc.
