I played youth or high school level sports
Competed at a high level for track and field, basketball and rugby in my school days. But that was a long time ago.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
Train at crossfit norwest 3 days a week and train at home 1 to 2 times a week.
