CrossFit is hard, everything hurts, I've been doing this forever. Entered the first Open in 2011 and I've done every Open WOD Rx (even if it was 1 -2 MUs). I have baby lungs and a weak mind, so I'll probably end up in 5th place in the Central East region, 45-49 year old men, self employed, married, wife named Jodi, spelled with an I, left handed division. My mom & my boys think I'm strong, so that's great. I signed up for the Open to keep the streak going, here we go again.
