My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Still in the process of learning the technique with Olympic lifting along with the body weight exercises. But for now I've just been relying on pure athleticism.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
