How I Eat
Paleo on the weekdays and I undo all of that hard work on the weekends.
How I Train
I enjoy Crossfit, yoga, acro yoga and pole fitness. My workouts are never boring.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
Other than that one season of wiffleball, I have no athletic background.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I started at Crossfit Covington in December 2011. I love the community and can't imagine going anywhere else.
My Work/Rest Schedule
My rest days are pole days and yoga days or hangover days.
