I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Mostly paleo but not strict.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Usually workout out 5 days per week and take my rest days by listening to what my body is telling me.
