Tried Crossfit a number of times but found my Crossfit passion and community at Brick in Los Angeles....I am working on perfecting my eating habits while making sure i get my ass into the gym each week! This is my first time competing in the games and I am loving the energy that is bursting from the CF world.
How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I have been only eating the portioned meals at My Fit Foods... 5 meals a day spaced out......only drink good ol H2o....best eating habits I've been able to maintain to date

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I got into crossfit 3 years ago....but was not consistent....now I'm going full force and there is no stopping now!...4 months strong
