Bio

Tried Crossfit a number of times but found my Crossfit passion and community at Brick in Los Angeles....I am working on perfecting my eating habits while making sure i get my ass into the gym each week! This is my first time competing in the games and I am loving the energy that is bursting from the CF world. Brick is the elite Crossfit Gym in the nation and I plan on upholding that level of passion and efficiency during the games this year.

I weigh and measure my food

I have been only eating the portioned meals at My Fit Foods... 5 meals a day spaced out......only drink good ol H2o....best eating habits I've been able to maintain to date
