I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I started crossfit four years ago with several guys on my SWAT unit following the WODS posted on the main crossfit website.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I missed 2012 and didn't train for 8 months due to two surgeries from old injuries that were holding back my progress with certain lifts / movements.
