I played soccer in middle school and did fencing and kendo during high school.

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I started Crossfit while serving active duty overseas and I've been hooked ever since.
