I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I workout five days a week, usually taking a 3-4 day break every four weeks.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I played football, basketball and track in junior high and high school. I played recreationally in college. I play flag football, volleyball, softball, and dodgeball in the local sports leagues now.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
CrossFit has completely changed the way I look at working out. Every workout used to be a grind before I started. I would dread going to the gym and doing the same stale workout (I was doing Stronglifts 5x5, but there was really no variety). After starting CrossFit, I've seen my endurance levels rise, and I'm starting to throw some serious weight around. I'm really proud of how far I've come since June of 2012.

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Since starting CrossFit in June of 2012 I've seen massive improvements in my endurance, strength, flexibility and mobility.
