How I Eat
I am trying to focus on being more aware of what foods I eat and their nutritional value. I do allow myself a cheat mean every now and then. Trying to convert to mostly Paleo, eventually.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I workout at Far Beyond Driven Crossfit 4 days a week and rest for 3, unless I happen to find time to fit in a walk or some other workout at home.
