I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Gymnastics, cheerleading, and track. Also played volleyball and tennis in my hay day. Now I exercise patients with heart and lung disease. I also coach Crossfit Kids.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
I started coaching Crossfit Kids in September of 2014 and I love it.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I WOD 2-3 days a week.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
This is my 3rd Crossfit Open and February was the my 2yrs of doing crossfit.
