I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
A few years ago, I lost 70 pounds (235lbs to 165lbs). I've done countless half marathons, the Atlanta marathon, and a 1/2-Ironman 70.3. I then found CrossFit. I CrossFit 5-6 days a week I need to get my diet on point.
