I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
Depending on work and other commitments, I try get to the Cfx box at least 3 times per week...though it doesn't always work out to plan!
