Born and raised in the Middle East...moved to Nor Cal in 2000 & was introduced to CrossFit in 2011. Didn't take it to seriously until my first novice competition in November 2012. Ever since then I've been trying to get better and be a well rounded CrossFit athlete for myself. Doing the opens for fun. Love to compete.
