I joined Cross Fit Mooloolaba in 2018. Each session I learn something new and challenge myself. It’s been such a learning opportunity. The community has such wholesome values and goals. I’ve never felt this healthy, strong and fit. So what have I learnt as a masters athlete . Enjoy the challenge, build resilience, be consistent, eat well, sleep well, be present, listen to my body and enjoy the journey. I’m always inspired by other athletes that work hard and are consistent but I reminded myself that this journey is ‘me against me’.
