I played youth or high school level sports
High school basketball. Played organized sports most of my life including basketball, soccer and volleyball. For last 4 years or so, Crossfit has become my sport.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
My intro to CF was my daughter asking if I thought I was "fit". When I replied "of course I am" she promptly took me to a local gym and had me do Fran. 'Nuff said!
