I played sported right through school and I was a member of a running club mainly doing 100m and 200m. I them went into a gym and started doing for long distance training along with general weight training and cardio. I loved spinning!! This soon changed...
My Experience With CrossFit
My boyfriend coached me and we train in our own garage gym with friends, until recently I have became a member of Border City Crossfit.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I try to train 5 days a week with the occasional double session or an extra AM strength session
