Coach at Reebok CrossFit Ramsay. Only have done a hand full of WODs since the last open and have been weightlifting full time. I have a feeling endurance maybe an issue hahaha
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat good food most of the time. I still don't eat many grains, though have started eating a bit of dairy and legumes which have helped my longevity in my olympic lifting especially during long workouts.

Drafted by the Calgary Roughnecks 5th Round, 66th Overall in the 2006 National Lacrosse League Entry Draft. Have played in the World Indoor Lacrosse Championships twice with the Irish National Team
