started crossfit in October 2011. After having my son in June 2011 I was really wanting to get my body back on point. I met a girl at a party that was sick fit and asked her what she did for exercise~Crossfit was the answer and still is for me. It's been an amazing odyssey since day one learning all the cool things that this body can do. I look forward to many more milestones met through crossfit along with great relationships built.
How I Eat
Stick to a Paleo Diet but sometimes give myself a small cheat here and there.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
Played Soccer throughout High School, raquetball after high school recreationally, been working out since age 16
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
After having my baby in June 2011 I decided I wanted to get in shape and start doing workouts that had more variety and challenged me. Crossfit has helped me accomplish this and so much more.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Like to get to the gym at least 4 or 5 days a week
