My box is my second family. I needed something competitive in my life after high school, and I've always loved olympic lifting. It was like crossfit was made for me. Power cleaned 205# 9/1/13.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods for breakfast and dinner, lunch is the tough one for me to keep clean.
