I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Follow Big Dawg "being" programming usually, but now I am currently following the Barbell Shrugged 26 pounds in 26 week, muscle gain challenge
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Played softball at a very competitive level in the military for the last 16-17 years, but stopped becuase it was taking time away from CF training.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
I have been training Soldiers physically for over 15 years, I ran into CF when I was diagnosed with A-fib. I have been to a CF Olympic weightlifting course and since I started CF in 2007, I have founf I can keep my heart rate at an even rhythm and just really enjoy training folks and watching them grow to become a stronger/healthier person.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I strictly schedule my rest days
I follow a 3 on, 1 off, with the rest days being Thursday and Sunday.
