How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat a lot of grassfed beef, raw milk, eggs duck and chicken. Try to eat veggies, rice and gluten free breads. Burgers and beer at least once a week.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Work out a lot, try to do things I suck at. I stay on a strength program 5-6 weeks on and 1 week off.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
wrestling, football, track.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I think it is the best way to get into shape. I love the people who walk in off the street, and have no clue what is about to happen to them. It can change your life.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I try to rest when I feel wrecked.
