How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I just try to stick to whole foods. Simple. I overate on Paleo so keeping zone blocks in mind helps with that. I cheat 1-3 times a week on something I love - mostly always it's chocolate!

Since April 2005. Began competing in events 2010. Both my daughter Rory Zambard and I competed at the Games in 2013 and are hoping to repeat in 2014. What an experience!!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
This April is my 9th year crossfitting at the same affiliate - the 8th in the world - Rainier Crossfit in Sumner, WA with Kurtis and Laurie Bowler. Went with my two highschoolers in prep for college sports in baseball and softball. After they left for school I went more. I qualified during the 2011 and 2013 Open and finished 9th at The Games in 2011 and 2nd in 2013.
