Bio

58 yrs old this year. Never been happier or healthier. Married, work full-time and have 2 wonderful children (my son Taylor & daughter Rory). I've always loved athletics. I found CF at 47. I've been at the same box w/ Kurtis & Laurie Bowler my entire 11 years in CF (they are the 8th affiliate). I've qualified 3 x for The Games - once w/ my daughter, Rory Zambard. I truly love everything about CF. I think Coach Glassman has created something brilliant.
