In 2005 I found CF at age 47. I've been at the same box - Rainier CF - w/ Kurtis & Laurie Bowler for most of my time in CF (they are the 8th affiliate). I've competed at The Games 4x - 2011, 2013, 2014 & 2018. In 2013 and 2014 my daughter Rory Zambard also qualified..... what a dreamy experience. I truly love everything about CF and with every passing year am still reaping the benefits of applying Coach Glassman's World Class Fitness in 100 Words. This year, 2022, I'll be 64 and in The Open for fun. Not sure I'll strive for The Games ever again but will definitely NEVER leave this way of life. Great health is priceless.
