My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I love to ride my bikes, run, ski (all types), canyoneering, backpacking and hiking so get in a couple activities some days. Itâ€™a always fun to ride my bike to the gym.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I did CF for 15 months then took a year off to give some body parts time to heal. Donâ€™t want to go through that again. Life is not the same without CF and donâ€™t want to be without it EVER. Youâ€™ll see my name in the 80 - 84 yo category, make no mistake!!! Have been back after it for 5 months now, life is good!
