How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Nutri-grain for breakfast most days, try to get in heaps of meat and veges during the day. On heavy training days I live on protein shakes and fruit. Always a massive meal at night with some starchy veges or rice.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
All my training is directed by Aaron Davis (www.trackingdavis.com).

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I train other people
My Work/Rest Schedule
3 days on, 1 day recovery, 2 days on, 1 day full rest. That's just a guide, I also take HR measurements every morning to help monitor fatigue.

1st ever session in late 2009. Have been train pretty consistant since the 2011 Open
