I love Crossfit, Crossfit Wright Patt and the world wide community. Played college football at Air Force, found CrossFit over 5 years ago and wish it was around when I was developing as an athlete 20 years ago. If my dad (Greg Parr, what an inspiration!) is any indicator I hope to be doing Crossfit for the next 30 plus years.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Blaine Guenther got me into CrossFit when we were coaching offensive line at the Air Force Academy Prep School in 08. We worked out together for that year at the base gym and at the Air Force football weight room and augmented some by bringing in our own equipment (rings and bumper plates).
