Born in the Siberian tundra, nurtured in the American suburbs. The first and only time I ever cried was during Rocky IV due to the intensity of the movie and the vast geopolitical implications. Started working out because I was small and pale; picked up the intensity when I started going bald. I like all birds except for parrots (overrated). Used to dream of conquest and glory, settled for an office and a 401K. I like to lift heavy weights to compensate for being pathologically nice. I hate all terrorists, but especially the ones who live in the country they plot against (what is that!?)
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Baked goods (and weak glutes) are the only thing standing between me and regionals.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I used to play anything that requires chasing a ball. Now, I pay lots of money to run and lift heavy things repeatedly.

I usually only do 1 workout a day

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
It's quite something to look at your numbers from a year ago - a testament to how well sticking with something works. If only I could apply that work ethic to learning the piano...
