How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
During non competition season I cheat a bit on a meal or two and some snacks. As comps approach I dial it in pretty tight.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
I workout out at CrossFit Fenway and CrossFit Southie, sometimes I program, sometimes someone else does, sometimes its a collective effort.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
MMA for 10 + years Basketball though high school Volley ball through high school
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I train other people
Checked it out, loved it, share it.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I workout as much as I can although due to my curent work schedule I usually only get 4 to 5 days per week.
