How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try to be as healthy as I can... But some weeks life just gets in the way and the only answer is a bar of chocolate!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I train 4-6 times a week at CrossFit Bath I use an app on my phone to record my workouts, PR's, RX's and Max Weights
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
As a kid I loved sport and since leaving school nearly all my education and work has been sports and movement based. My favourite sports at school were gymnastics, swimming and hockey.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Training is always fun (even when you think you might be hating it, the feeling of achievement after is always worth it) and there is always great people around to train with and encourage you!!! I am fitter, stronger, happier and hopefully getting smaller than I was with a heap of new mates I can train with. CrossFit is one of the most addictive things I have ever done and I hope to be able to continue getting stronger and healthier from now on.

I usually only do 1 workout a day
