How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat what is available and healthy. No strict diet.

Played sports throughout high school and college. Played college football all 4 years at a D2 school and a year of professional football.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
May do multiple workouts a day depending on programming and how i feel that day.
