I started doing CrossFit officially in October and did my first competition in January. I'm nowhere near elite competitor standards but I'm stoked to compete for the chance of marking my progress.I used to swim competitively and sacrificed it too soon. CrossFit has given me back my athlete status.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat Paleo with minor variations here and there. I take one day per week to eat whatever I please to restart my metabolism and indulge. :)

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
A trainer at a globo gym trained me using CrossFit workouts. It took a year after we stopped working together that I gave in and joined a box and never looked back!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I go three days on, two days off. The best for me is Tuesday-Thursday and Saturday & Sunday.
