My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have been doing CrossFit since October 5, 2012. So, I just try not to vomit each time I work out. I consider it a reasonable goal.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
3-4 days on, 2 days off.
