Discovered CrossFit in Aug. 2005. Attended first cert in September 2005 and opened affiliated gym in Oct. 2005. Have been blessed and honored to coach 2 athletes to the Games. Ashleigh Moe and Sam Petersen. Since 2008 I have had both knees replaced and both shoulders replaced. I thank God that CrossFit and Advocare products are slowly preparing me to a competitive level of conditioning again, although I am not back to 100%. I will do the best I can during the open.
How I Eat
I eat Paleo and supplement with Advocare Performance Elite products.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I train at our affiliate, Mt Baker CrossFit. During 2012 I had my right knee (April) and right shoulder (August) replaced. I have been slowly rehabbing and will do what I can during the open.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played professional sports
I've been an active athlete since the age of 8. Football, ice hockey, softball, baseball, track, cycling, horseman and rodeo. . I've been training in fitness clubs since 1977 and also worked for Bally's, 24 Hour Fitness, and various big boxes as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Manager and General Manager.

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
My training is based on my rehab schedule. I train as often as I can.
