I train alone 90% of the time either at the firehouse, CrossFit Florian, or my garage gym.

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I train every day, but Thursday's, and Sunday's for the most part.

After breaking my collar bone Mt Biking I started at the firehouse.
