How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I do my best to eat Paleo type foods and apply the zone diet as to how much but with three kids and a crazy schedule its not always as strict as I would like.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played college sports
I played College football for two years at McNeese State Universtiy before transferring to LSU where I started playing rugby. Played with the Western Collegiate All star team rugby team all three years at LSU. Highest honor was making Collegiate All American in 2005.
