I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Over the last couple of years I've been following a primal/paleo template.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
Started out doing resistance exercise at a local gym then from there joined CrossFit Works CFWX.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I've been with CrossFit Works CFWX for three and a half years and in that time experienced a huge boost in my overall fitness and strength.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I typically train three or four times a week and try to have at least one rest day for after three of those sessions.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I've been doing CrossFit now for four and a half years. Just joined the Australian Crossfit Masters League.
