I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Over the last couple of years I've been following a primal/paleo template.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
Started out doing resistance exercise at a local gym then from there joined CrossFit Works CFWX.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I've been with CrossFit Works CFWX for nearly 2 years and in that time experienced a huge boost in my overall fitness and strength.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I typically train three or four times a week and try to have at least one rest day for after three of those sessions.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I've been doing CrossFit now for over 2 years.
