I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Pretty strict Paleo for the last year and a half, but incorporate a few treat meals in on the weekends. I focus on eating as clean as possible, measuring quality over quantity.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
