I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I have been playing sports since I was 5 (basketball, soccer, and softball) and continued playing through highschool and college.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I started working out at CFMY 2 days a week which is now increased to 3-4 days a week. I also like to run and try to run twice a week. When the weather is nice I love to go on trail runs.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
I joined CrossFit Manayunk in mid-November 2012.
