I have been playing sports since I was 5 (basketball, soccer, and softball) and continued playing through highschool and college.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I also like to run and try to run twice a week. When the weather is nice I love to go on trail runs.
