I don't weight or measure my food. However, I try to weigh myself every 15 to 20 minutes.
How I Train
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I create many of my workouts and have the records for most of them. For example 3RFT 1 Cal Row, 1 Chest to Bar, 1 "MC Hammer" Slide (PR 4:23- Hammer Pants get caught in rower)
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I was almost US junior pickleball champion. I believe that speaks for itself.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
The first Crossfit video I watched was Nasty Girls. I of course deleted my browser cache immediately after.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I strictly schedule my rest days
