How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I don't eat meat, so my diet right now consists mostly of a lot of vegetables, eggs, fish, quinoa, nuts, and some legumes (lentils, beans, etc.).

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
I grew up as a dancer, was a dance major in college, and have danced professionally outside of school.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I combine yoga with my Crossfit training and will sometimes practice for 90 min and then do a workout later in the day.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I completed Foundations over 3 years ago, but my first year or two of Crossfitting was intermittent and mixed with a lot of other activities.
