I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
My 98 year old great grandmother says "anything in moderation". I'm going with it.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
Our competitive crew follows the same programming. Heavy and long with lots of goat work. I am two years into Crossfit, but have a ton to learn.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Some triathalon and marathon running in my mid 40's, but Crossfit is much easier to manage from a time perspective. Longest tri was a half Ironman. Best Marathon was Boston ... 3:45.
